Breakdown:
Preparation involves disconnecting utilities, removing skirting, decks and awnings, installing the tow frames, servicing axles & tires and removing supports from underneath home. At this point, the home is ready for transport. For multi section homes, installing support walls, strapping and poly wrap services are provided.
Transport:
Experienced drivers inspect the home’s condition prior to the haul. With toter trucks designed specifically to transport manufactured / mobile homes, drivers take all precautions to insure your home is delivered safely. We make all arrangements for the hauling permits and escort vehicles as needed.
Setup:
The set-up of your home will be handled by our experienced crew. Our careful placement of the jack points will insure safe lifting of the home structure. An accurate leveling procedure is performed while installing piers. Other set-up services such as utility hook ups, tie downs and skirting installation may be performed as requested. For multi section homes, we bolt units together and assemble all finishings to complete home set-up.
